WOOD PROCESSING ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY...IS NEW AT NAIT!

It won't start until September 1997.

It can be either 1 or 2 years (your choice).

A W.P.E.T. TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATE
takes 1 year. You must complete 2 semesters (32 weeks) of core practical and theoretical courses.

A W.P.E.T. DIPLOMA
takes 2 years. After the first year, there is a

12-week co-op work placement and 2 additional semesters (32 weeks) stressing refinement of practical skills and theoretical knowledge to advanced levels, to equip the student for a possible career as a supervisor, designer, planner or estimator.
